Private Ownership
Each lot owner is automatically a member of the Oak Shores Community Association (OSCA). Membership includes access to all community amenities, roads, and common areas. Annual assessments fund operations and maintenance.

Gated Entry
Oak Shores is a gated community with a staffed gatehouse open daily (except Christmas Day). Residents can authorize guests by calling 805-472-2230. Gate phone programming is available for $20.
